The founding team at Hiry AI spent years on both sides of the hiring table — as engineers frustrated by opaque hiring processes, and as hiring managers drowning in resumes that said nothing meaningful about actual ability.

We watched companies spend $15,000+ per hire and still make bad decisions. We watched qualified candidates get filtered out by keyword-matching algorithms before a human ever saw their application. We decided to build something better.

Hiry AI launched in 2024 with a single belief: if you can verify skills automatically and match candidates to roles with genuine precision, the entire hiring funnel collapses from weeks to days. That thesis has now been validated by 1,000+ employers across the United States and Canada.
